Some group of foreigners
will not be required a work permit

   According to new amendments to the Migration Code of Azerbaijan from 27.12.2022, Resident of the technology park (in relation to a legal entity, persons who holds the position of head and deputies of the legal entity) and specialists with experience in the field of information and communication technologies recruited by such resident to work in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan will not be required to have a work permit to be engaged in labor activities.
   This legal update came into legal force from 01.01.2023.
